Summer Internships

Summer Internships aims at developing and nurturing young talent identified from premier institutes of the country and trains them to excel in their area of specialization through an on-job-training (OJT) imparting behavioral as well as functional training.

Trainees are provided on live projects which expose them to real life business situations. Specific project assignments are allotted under supervision and guidance of senior domain experts.

Throughout the process, hand-holding ensures all trainees make most of their unique learning experience. On completion of the project, an especially constituted evaluation committee conducts a merit driven evaluation of their results and performance under different projects. Based on their overall performance in the training period, offers are made to absorb them in our workforce. This unfolds the second phase of their journey of learning and achievements.
