  • Form Teams to Solve Real Work Issues: To improve real work processes, PREMIER Biosoft provides systematic training so the team expends its energy on the project, not on figuring out how to work together as a team.

  • Hold Inter-departmental Meetings to Review Progress: To obtain broad input and to coordinate shared work processes, inter-departmental meetings are held on a regular basis.

  • Celebrate Team Successes: Parties and celebrations are held to share and celebrate even small successes.

  • Management Communication: PREMIER Biosoft management makes internal announcements on a regular basis to publicly recognize, motivate & celebrate team successes. The senior managers maintain an open door policy, mentor new recruits and constantly review policies to make the environment people centric.

  • Establish a Fun @ Work Committee: Fun, like enthusiasm, is contagious and snowballs into doing good work over and over again. The company has established a committee called Ppals, to assure that fun activities and events are organized, assuring that there is never a dull moment.
