The software licensing agreement entitles the licensee (Principal Investigator, PI), the registered owner of the license, the right to use the software. For the convenience of the PI we allow up to three activations (Note: ProteoIQ is a single activation license. Only one activation is allowed), which are computer specific. For example, the researcher may want to use the product in his office, his lab and at home. These activations are for the use by the PI (and possibly his Students/Technician/PostDoc), but not by his colleagues.
Multiple license discounts are available. Please call us on 888-847-7494 (Toll Free)/ 650-856-2703 (we have extended support hours) or e-mail (support@premierbiosoft.com) us for details.
For the first year from the date of purchase, we will provide all available upgrades free of charge. After that, you will be asked to pay a small Annual Maintenance Fee, which will cover all upgrades for the following year. Of course, you are in no way obligated to upgrade. You may continue using the version you have, as long as you wish.
