PREMIER Biosoft International today announced the world wide release of SimVector version 4.50.
SimVector, an exceptional tool for drawing publication quality maps and designing cloning experiments, now includes support for loading Vector NTI® DNA (*.gb) files along with the analyses results.
Palo Alto, California – June 1, 2009- PREMIER Biosoft International today announced the worldwide release of SimVector version 4.50.
The new version includes support for loading Vector NTI® DNA (*.gb) files. Simply select File>Open>Sequence>From File and browse to the file location, no need to import or archive files. SimVector loads the sequence, reads the annotations and automatically scan all the analysis results performed in Vector NTI®.
The analysis information such as restriction analysis, ORF search and component fragment information is presented under separate tabs: features under the Feature tab, enzyme information under the Enzyme tab, ORF information under the ORF tab and component fragment information under the Note tab. This enables the data to be properly organized and in a format so that it is easily accessible.
"With this release, we are offering a cost effective but a powerful tool to all users who have their cloning research based on Vector NTI®." said Kay Brown, V.P. Business Development and Marketing.
