PREMIER Biosoft Terminates Scientific Software Solutions Int. as its Distributor

Palo Alto, California -- July 02, 2013: PREMIER Biosoft today announced that it has terminated for cause its relationship with Scientific Software Solutions Int., one of the Company's non-exclusive distributors in Greece, with immediate effect. PREMIER Biosoft terminated the distribution agreement after it observed several breaches to the terms of the contract.

The management believes that this action is appropriate in light of Scientific Software's actions and it is critical to safeguard the interests of both the company and its loyal customer base.
