FRET Probe Design

Beacon Designer™ designs optimal FRET probes and compatible primers free of runs, repeats and dimers to ensure high signal fidelity. The primers can be used for allele discrimination and identification or for studying the mRNA expression levels.

Using Beacon Designer™, you can also evaluate pre-designed FRET assays using the Beacon Designer™ rating algorithm. You can also find compatible primer sets for pre-designed FRET probes or vice-versa.
